Graines et Saveurs (GS)

GS is a Tunisian company founded in 2019 and specialized in traditional Tunisian pastries made with dates, chocolate and dried nuts. The produced pastry products are sugar- and additive-free. GS has the necessary devices for pastry manufacture process.

 

Main tasks
GS will be involved in the WP4 (Use of extracts for the fortification and preservation of traditional food products). Its role in the project will be to produce and characterize functional pastries and to develop and implement training courses in collaboration with INRAP.
