III Technical Conference on Training and Future Employment

On February 21, 2025, representatives of the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), coordinators of the VALICET project, took part in the III Technical Conference on Training and Future Employment, organized by the City Council of Vilagarcía de Arousa. During the event, they informed students about the group’s main research lines in Valorization of By-products from the Food Industry, while also presenting the objectives and opportunities of the VALICET project. This participation contributed to raising awareness among young people about the importance of research, innovation, and sustainability in shaping the future of the agri-food sector.
