National Meeting on Food Chemistry, 2022 (Portugal)

In October, the 16th Food Chemistry Meeting was held in Castelo Branco, Portugal, under the theme Bio-sustainability and bio-security, innovation and food quality.  In this Congress, a poster was presented by PhD student Ana Rita Mateus (INIAV, Portugal) on citrus by-products, entitled "Valorization of citrus by-products through the evaluation of their antioxidant capacity".
